Shiring Konstantyn Semyonovych

Shiring Konstantyn Semyonovych was born on 13 September 1960, resident of Crimea, citizen of Ukraine.

On 15 October 2021, he was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony under Article 276 of the Russian Criminal Code (‘Espionage’) on charges of recruiting Russian servicewoman Tatyana Kuzmenko, with whom he lived in a civilian marriage. Suffered from cardiovascular diseases.

He was taken into custody on 15 April 2020, on 7 February 2023 it became known that he died in the Correctional Facility IK-5 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Orenburg Oblast.
