Siomik Igor Viktorovich, born August 31, 1988, is a citizen of the Russian Federation and a resident of St. Petersburg. He is married.

On April 23, 2025, he was sentenced under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Financing of Terrorism") to 10 years' imprisonment, with the first three years to be served in prison and the remainder in a maximum-security penal colony.

Siomik was forcibly coerced into making a ‘confession’ on camera — that he had allegedly found a part-time job as a courier, a ‘money carrier,’ with the aim of ‘collecting this money and transferring it to gangs in Ukraine,’ as he said in a trembling voice in the video.

He was in custody from March 15, 2023, to July 15, 2024. He was rearrested no later than April 23, 2025.
