Skydan Serhiy Volodymyrovych, born January 30, 1979, citizen of Ukraine, native of the city of Krivoy Rog, contract serviceman of the Ukrainian battalion "Aidar". On March 5, 2024, he was sentenced under Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities"), Part 2 of Art. 205.4 ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 278 ("Violent seizure of power") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony. Has been in custody presumably since July 2020.
