Solomko Roman Ivanovich was born on June 17, 1971, citizen of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, resident of Kherson in Ukraine, higher education, director of APK GREEN Line, married, father of a minor child.
Charged under paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("A terrorist act, that is, the commission of an explosion that frightens the population and creates a danger of death, causing significant property damage, the occurrence of other grave consequences in order to destabilise the activities of government bodies and influence their decision-making, committed by an organised group, resulting in significant property damage, the occurrence of other grave consequences and the intentional causing of death to a person", up to life imprisonment"), Part 4 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal acquisition, transfer, storage and transportation of an explosive device by an organised group", up to 15 years' imprisonment) and Part 3 of Article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Smuggling of explosive devices committed by an organised group", up to 12 years' imprisonment). For the totality of the alleged crimes, he faces a sentence of life imprisonment.
