Solovyov Andrei Andreevich, born July 18, 1995, resident of Chita. On May 29, 2017, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a", "b" of Part 2 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Extortion by a group of persons by prior conspiracy with the use of violence") to 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment, on April 19, 2019 he was released on parole. On March 22, 2021, he was sentenced under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacture, processing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, or plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, or their parts") to 1 year and 4 months of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years. On October 10, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”) to 2 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony. He was deprived of his liberty on October 10, 2024.
