Starikov Aleksandr Mikhailovich, born on April 8, 1960 and lives in the city of Konakovo, Tver Oblast.

On March 27, 2025, under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony and taken into custody. According to the prosecution, “using the ZOOM videoconferencing program… he convened and held meetings, carried out preaching activities and disseminated the doctrines of Jehovah's Witnesses.”

Since June 2021, he has been under a written undertaking not to leave the country.
