Stashevsky Viktor Vladimirovich, born July 11, 1966, lives in Sevastopol.

He was sentenced to 6.5 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia. On May 2, 2024, the Apsheronsky District Court of the Krasnodar Krai decided to transfer him to prison.

He was under a personal recognisance (a written undertaking not to leave the city) since June 4, 2019, and was taken into custody on March 29, 2021.
