Stetsenko Vasyl Serhiiovych
Stetsenko Vasyl Serhiiovych, born May 30, 1983, is a Ukrainian citizen and a resident of Kherson. He is married and presumably the father of a minor son. He is an ichthyologist and chief specialist in the State Environmental Control Department of the State Environmental Inspectorate. According to eyewitness accounts, he died on August 3, 2022, as a result of torture in the basement of the Kherson Regional Department of Internal Affairs before the criminal case was officially opened.
