Stupnikov Andrei Garafetanovich, born September 17, 1973, lived in Krasnoyarsk.

Sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses, which is banned in Russia.

He was in custody from July 4, 2018 to February 2019, when he was transferred to house arrest. He was released from house arrest on July 2, 2019, when the preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions. He was taken into custody again on June 3, 2021.
