Suslov Nikolai Nikolaevich

Suslov Nikolai Nikolaevich, 39 years old as of July 2023, a native of Ukraine, residing in Dubai for the last 14 years. He is charged with an offence under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (‘High Treason’). He has been in custody since June 2023.
