Tekilov Imran Mauletovich, born November 10, 1991 in the village of Sernovodsk, Sunzhensky District, Chechnya, registered in the city of Grozny. He is single, has secondary education, and was unemployed at the time of his arrest.
Sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 30, subparagraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act as part of an organised group"), Part 3 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons as part of an organised group"), Part 3 of Article 223 ("Manufacture of weapons as part of an organised group"), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons") of the Russian Criminal Code.
