Temeryanov Vilen Faridovich, born January 16, 1985, resident of the village of Volnoye, Dzhankoy district, Crimea. Vilen is Crimean Tatar, citizen of Russia and Ukraine. Vilen is a correspondent for the "Krymskaya Solidarnost" (Crimean Solidarity) civic association and news formation, formerly a correspondent of the newspaper "Grani.ru". He is muslim, married and has three minor children.

Accused of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of an organisation that is recognised as terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years in prison) and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 10 years in prison).

Deprived of liberty since August 11, 2022.
