Terebilov Dmitry Sergeevich, born January 2, 1980, lives in Kostroma, janitor.

Under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with his involvement in the Jehovah's Witnesses community, he was sentenced to 3 years in a strict regime penal colony.

He was under a written undertaking not to leave the country from May 25, 2020 to September 6, 2021, when he was taken into custody. On April 20, 2023, he became a defendant in a new criminal case due to conversations with a cellmate about faith; he is now in custody.
