Trofimov Nikolai Nikolaevich, born on August 12, 1978, is a resident of St. Petersburg. He has been charged under Part 2, Article 214 of the Russian Criminal Code (vandalism motivated by political hatred) for damaging a pro-war banner, and under Article 329 (desecration of the flag) for allegedly splashing paint on the Russian flag in May 2023.
