Uvarov Nikita Andreevich, born August 17, 2005, resident of Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. Before his arrest, he was an 8th-grader at Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution Secondary School No. 21 in Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. After being released from custody in May 2021, he managed to finish 9th grade and entered a polytechnic college. Sentenced under Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of committing terrorist activities"), Part 2 of Art. 223.1 ("Illegal manufacture of explosives, explosive devices, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"), Part 2 of Art. 222.1 ("Illegal storage of explosives, explosive devices, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 5 years in a general regime penal colony.
He was in custody from June 10, 2020 to May 4, 2021, and was again deprived of his liberty since his sentencing on February 10, 2022.
