Uzbekov Timur Narimanovich, born March 27, 1990, lived in the village of Verkhniy Uslon in Tatarstan.

Charged under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 282.2 ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") of the Russian Criminal Code. The charges are related to alleged involvement in the international religious organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir, banned in the Russian Federation, and an attempt to involve a minor in this organisation. Sentenced to 18 years in a maximum security penal colony.

In custody since October 14, 2014.
