Valeev Oleg Anatolyevich, born August 11, 1986, resident of Feodosia in Crimea. Under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation") on November 2, 2023, he was sentenced by the Feodosia City Court of the Republic of Crimea to 1 year and 6 months in a penal colony with deprivation of the right to administer websites for 3 years.
On December 21, 2023, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea commuted the sentence to 1 year and 4 months of compulsory work with a 10% deduction from wages for the benefit of the state with deprivation of the right to administer websites for 2 years. Before the appeal, he was under a written undertaking not to leave, served his sentence.
