Vladislav Vishnevskiy from Chita was arrested in the fall of 2022 along with 16-year-old Lyubov Lizunova and Aleksandr Snezhkov for the graffiti "Death to the Regime." He was charged with aiding in public calls for extremism and aiding in vandalism motivated by political hatred and sentenced to one year and six months of forced labor. Vishnevsky is expected to begin serving his sentence in November or December 2024.
