Vlasov Andrei Valerievich, born November 19, 1968, lives in the city of Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo Oblast, worked as a photographer, disabled person of group II.

Under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a religious organisation, in respect of which a decision has been made to liquidate due to the implementation of extremist activities") in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 7 years in a general regime penal colony with deprivation of the right to engage in organisational activities in public or religious associations, public or religious organisations for a period of 5 years, with restriction of freedom for 1 year.

He was detained on July 12, 2020, and placed under house arrest on July 14, 2020. In custody since May 23, 2022.
