Vodolagin Daniil Sergeevich, born February 14, 2002, resident of the Volgograd region, second-year student of the Automobile Transport Faculty of the Volgograd State Technical University. On July 15, 2024, under paragraph "D" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces based on political or ideological hatred and enmity", liable to up to 10 years in prison), he was sentenced to 5 years in a general regime penal colony. The appellate court upheld the sentence.


Deprived of liberty since October 2023.
