Yanochkin Aleksei Sergeevich, born on December 27, 1979, a resident of Krasnoyarsk Krai, worked as a cook. Aleksei has a minor daughter. In 2013, he was convicted under Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 1 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted theft").

On April 5, 2024, under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organised group") and Part 1.1 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organising mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official") was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
