Zagulin Dmitry Nikolaevich, born December 29, 1973, lives in the city of Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Oblast. On charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code ("financing extremist activity") in connection with membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 3.5 years in a general regime penal colony. The criminal case was initiated on May 14, 2018, he was under a written undertaking not to leave.
