Zhdamarov Yaroslav Volodymyrovych, born March 15, 1993, citizen of Ukraine. From 2015 until the termination of his contract on September 24, 2019, he served in the Azov special forces regiment as a sapper and dog handler. He is accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and the violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment), Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment), Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities", liable to up to life imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprived of liberty since April 23, 2022.
