Zinchenko Maksim Viktorovich, born April 9, 1992, and lives in Feodosia.

On April 16, 2024, he was charged with committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia. He was sentenced to 2 years of compulsory work.

He was detained on May 22, 2023, and was under house arrest from May 24, 2023 until (presumably) April 26, 2024, when he was released on his own recognizance not to leave until the verdict came into force.
