Zolotaryov Vladimir Georgievich, born January 30, 1972, resident of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, divorced, worked as a taxi driver, participant in peaceful opposition protests.

On July 28, 2023, he was sentenced by the 1st Eastern District Military Court to 18 years' imprisonment under Part 1 of Article 318 ("Use of violence that is not dangerous to life or health against a government official"), subparagraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("A terrorist act that resulted in significant property damage") and Part 1 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 205 ("Preparation to commit a terrorist act") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On December 4, 2023, the Military Court of Appeal upheld the sentence.

Deprived of liberty since March 12, 2022, was under house arrest, since June 4, 2022 he had been in a pre-trial detention center.
