National Bolshevik cases
Members of the National Bolshevik Party, which was banned in the Russian Federation in 2007 with gross violations of the law, and subsequently members of the unregistered party ‘The Other Russia’, supporters of Eduard Limonov, were the largest group of Russian political prisoners in the 2000s. After 2012, repression against its members virtually ceased, but some of them, who had been convicted earlier, remain in prison to this day.
