Abuzarova Parvinakhan Okilzhonovna (Parvina Abuzarova), born October 7, 1992. She is a resident of Kazan, a designer of Muslim clothing, a blogger. Parvinakhan has a higher education. She is divorced, and is raising two minor children.
On charges of committing a crime under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for the implementation of activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation, or for obstructing the exercise by government bodies and their officials of their powers to ensure the security of the Russian Federation using the Internet, liable to up to 6 years of imprisonment"), she was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. On appeal, a 1-year ban on administering electronic and information networks was added to the sentence.
She has been under house arrest since March 31, 2023. On September 11, 2023, after the verdict was announced, she was taken into custody.
