Akhmetshin Fatikh Israfilovich
Fatikh Akhmetshin was born on 6 December 1966. He is a Russian citizen and a resident of the village of Turkmenevo, Baymaksky District, Republic of Bashkortostan. He is married.
On 7 February 2025, he was convicted under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Russian Criminal Code ('Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects posing a danger to others, or armed resistance to a government official') and Part 1 of Article 318 ('Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or the threat of violence against a government official or their relatives in connection with the performance of their official duties') and sentenced to 4 years and 6 months' imprisonment in a general-regime penal colony.
He had been deprived of his liberty since 23 January 2024.
On 9 December 2025, the court replaced Akhmetshin's unserved prison sentence with a non-custodial penalty, presumably restricted liberty.
