Asylguzhin Ilnar Zulfatovich was born on February 2, 1994. A resident of the city of Surgut (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra), citizen of Russia, married, father of two young children. 

On December 24, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of authority”) and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or their relatives in connection with the performance of their official duties") to 8 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime corrective colony. On May 6, 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to 5 years' imprisonment in a general regime corrective colony. 

Deprived of liberty since February 8, 2024.
