Bikbulatov Murat Amirkhanovich was born on September 1, 1970. A resident of the Republic of Bashkortostan and a citizen of Russia. 

On February 26, 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of authority”) and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or their relatives in connection with the performance of their official duties") to 5 years' imprisonment in a general regime corrective colony. On June 6, 2025, on appeal, the sentence was reduced to 4 years and 9 months of imprisonment in a general regime corrective colony. 

Deprived of liberty no earlier than January 2024.
