Kirill Blokhin from Krasnoufimsk in the Sverdlovsk region was only 14 years old when he ended up in pretrial detention. In January 2025, he was detained along with another teenager, Alexander Kruchinin, and accused of setting fire to a relay cabinet. Investigators claim they were each promised 10,000 rubles for the crime. Blokhin faces up to 10 years of imprisonment under the article on terrorist acts committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
