Svetlana Burim, a pensioner from Irkutsk and a former anesthesiologist, was sentenced to 6 years in a penal colony under the article on "justifying terrorism" for a single YouTube comment supporting RDK fighters. "Now those are real Russian knights. A fine man and a hero!" Svetlana Burim wrote. She held an anti-war stance and had planned to join her son in Georgia but was unable to leave in time. She was taken into custody after the verdict was handed down.
