Fattakhov Rayan Azamatovich was born on 27 July 1990, a resident of the village of Starosubkhangulovo, Burzyansky District, Republic of Bashkortostan, a Russian citizen, father of two young children, worked in a timber industry enterprise as a logger and branch cutter.

On 27 March 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots involving violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 5 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.

Deprived of liberty since 16 February 2024.
