Filonova Natalia Ivanovna, born November 7, 1961, lived in the city of Ulan-Ude, co-chairman of the Zabaikalsky regional branch of the Solidarity movement, journalist, human rights activist, editor of the independent Petrovsk-Zabaikalsky newspaper Vsemu naperikor. She has a disabled child, whom she took under her guardianship in infancy after the death of his mother. On charges of committing crimes under Part 1 ("Use of violence against a police officer that is not dangerous to life or health", liable to up to 5 years' imprisonment) and Part 2 ("Use of violence against a police officer that is dangerous to life or health") of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, she was sentenced to 2 years and 10 months imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
Deprived of liberty since October 22, 2022.
