Khazin Fanur Shugaipovich was born on 26 March 1978. He is a resident of the village of Nizhneyaikbaevo in the Baymak District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a citizen of Russia, and a worker in an agricultural cooperative.
On 24 December 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots involving violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 4 years and 2 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. On 6 May 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to 4 years and 2 months' imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.
Deprived of liberty since 10 February 2024.
