Zakiy Ilyasov, born on 24 April 1967, resident of the village of Makhmutovo, Abzelilovsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian citizen, married, pensioner.

On 19 March 2025, he was convicted under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.

On 3 March 2026, the court replaced Ilyasov's unserved prison sentence with 1 year, 10 months and 24 days of restricted liberty. He had been deprived of his liberty since 24 April 2024. On 18 March 2026, he was released.
