Ishmuratov Ilfat Rafaelovich
Ilfat Ishmuratov was born on 4 September 1991. He is a Russian citizen and a resident of the village of Meryasovo, Baymaksky District, Republic of Bashkortostan. He works as a furniture assembler and previously worked as an installer at a Gazprom branch in Sibay. He is married.
On 5 December 2024, the Central District Court of Tolyatti convicted him under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Russian Criminal Code ('Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects posing a danger to others, or armed resistance to a government official') and Part 1 of Article 318 ('Use of violence not dangerous to life or health against a government official or their relatives in connection with the performance of their official duties') and sentenced him to 4 years and 6 months' imprisonment in a general-regime penal colony.
On 9 June 2026, the court replaced his prison sentence with compulsory labour in a correctional centre.
He had been deprived of his liberty since no later than 30 January 2024.
