Kagarmanov Vadim Albertovich was born on 14 March 2000, a resident of the village of Novousmanovo, Burzyansky District, Republic of Bashkortostan, a citizen of Russia, worked as a foreman at a sawmill.
On 3 March 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots involving violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 4 years and 11 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.
Deprived of liberty since 10 March 2024.
