Kostygov Kirill Vitalievich was born on September 18, 1994, a resident of Kerch and a citizen of Russia and Ukraine. He is charged under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code (“High treason — providing financial assistance to a foreign state or its representatives in activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation”), punishable by up to life imprisonment.

He has been deprived of liberty since July 14, 2025.
