Alexander Kruchinin from Krasnoufimsk in the Sverdlovsk region was 17 years old when he ended up in pretrial detention. In January 2025, he was detained along with another teenager, 14-year-old Kirill Blokhin, and accused of setting fire to a relay cabinet. According to investigators, they were promised 10,000 rubles each for the crime. Kruchinin faces up to 10 years of imprisonment under the article on terrorist acts committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
