Makhmutov Ilnaz Ilyasovich, born on 14 January 1997, a resident of the Khaibullinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a citizen of Russia, studied at Magnitogorsk State Technical University, worked on a rotational basis in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, married, has a minor child.
On 19 March 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots accompanied by violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 3 years and 9 months in a general regime correctional colony.
Deprived of liberty since 6 February 2024.
