Maksymov Oleksiy Oleksiyovych, born April 17, 1986, citizen of Ukraine, resident of Mariupol, Donetsk region, serviceman of the separate special forces unit "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.
On October 21, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activity") to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
He was captured on May 16, 2022.
