At least eleven Ukrainian POWs recognized as political prisoners have been released in a prisoner exchange

On July 4, Russia and Ukraine carried out another prisoner exchange.

At this time, it is known that the following individuals have returned to Ukraine:

20-year-old Vladyslav Plakhotnyk
28-year-old Dmytro Samchenko
26-year-old Mark Lyshchynskyi
27-year-old Oleksandr Harnaha
24-year-old Oleksandr Podushko
24-year-old Oleksandr Dakhnenko
39-year-old Oleksii Maksymov
25-year-old Artem Vyhovskyi
39-year-old Volodymyr Tkhоr
31-year-old Dmytro Danilchuk
39-year-old Vitalii Smal

Russian courts had sentenced them to lengthy prison terms solely for serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
