Harnaha Oleksandr Vyacheslavovych, born June 8, 1997, citizen of Ukraine, military serviceman, commander of the 2nd rifle company of the 1st rifle battalion of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the 9th army corps of the ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On October 3, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activities") to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
