Artem Oleksandrovych Vyhovskyi was born on June 10, 1990. He is a citizen of Ukraine and served in the separate special-purpose unit "Azov" with the military rank of junior sergeant.
On August 12, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Article 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities") of the Russian Criminal Code to 19 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
He was presumably captured on May 20, 2022.
On July 4, 2025, he was released as part of a prisoner exchange.
