Mironov Vladimir Nikolaevich, born September 14, 1997, resident of St. Petersburg, postgraduate student of the Alferov St. Petersburg National Research Academic University.
On July 12, 2024, he was sentenced to 4 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 2 of Art. 213 ("Hooliganism committed with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons, or by a group of persons, or related to resistance to a government official", liable to up to 7 years' imprisonment) and Part 1 of Art. 280.3 ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security, or the exercise by state bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers for the specified purposes", liable to up to 3 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On February 11, 2025, the appellate court reduced the sentence to 3 years and 4 months in a general regime colony.
Deprived of liberty since February 26, 2023.
