Moskalyov Aleksei Vladimirovich, born April 30, 1968, resident of the city of Yefremov, Tula Oblast, entrepreneur. Single, raising a minor daughter. Has no outstanding convictions, was previously convicted under various articles of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and the Russian Federation.

He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security, or the exercise by state bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers for these purposes"). He was deprived of liberty since March 1, 2023, was under house arrest, on March 28, 2023, was sentenced to 2 years in a general regime penal colony, but did not appear for the announcement of the verdict and was put on the wanted list. Later, he was detained on the night of March 29-30, 2023 in Minsk while trying to leave for the EU. On July 3, 2023, the Tula Regional Court added a 2-year ban on administering Internet resources to the sentence.
