Musaeva Zarema Abuyazitovna, born August 3, 1969, until 2017 she lived in Grozny. He husband is the retired federal judge Saidi Yangulbaev. She suffers from type II diabetes and is insulin-dependent.

She was initially sentenced to 5.5 years' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony on charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 318 ("Use of violence dangerous to life or health against a government official", liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment) and Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud committed by a person using his official position, as well as on a large scale", liable to up to 6 years' imprisonment). The appellate court reduced the sentence to 5 years in a penal colony, the cassation court reduced it to 4 years and 9 months in a penal colony.

In November 2024, she was charged under Part 2 of Article 321 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Disrupting the operations of facilities ensuring isolation from society”). On 6 August 2025, she was sentenced to 3 years and 11 months in a penal colony. Taking into account the remaining unserved part of the sentence in the first case, the total term amounted to 4 years in a penal colony.
