Nigamatov Aibulat Yanybaevich was born on 28 April 1992, a resident of the village of Buribay in the Khaybullinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a citizen of Russia, married, father of three minor children, a machinist at the Buribay Mining and Processing Plant.
On 26 February 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots with the use violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 5 years' imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. On 6 June 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to 4 years and 9 months.
He has been deprived of his liberty since 13 February 2024.
