On charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 280.3. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purpose of protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security, including public calls to impede the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the said purposes, as well as aimed at discrediting the exercise by state bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for the said purposes, committed by a person after he or she has been brought to administrative responsibility for a similar act within one year") and Part 2 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Disrespect of the court, expressed in insulting a judge participating in the administration of justice"), with the application of Part 2 of Article. 69, Art. 70 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, sentenced to 3 years in a strict regime penal colony with a fine of 1,176,506.36 roubles, with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the use of the Internet, except for the possibility of contacting government agencies, for 2 years. On June 14, 2023, the appellate court reduced the term by one month and approved the punishment of 2 years and 11 months in a strict regime penal colony.
